The cows are milked twice daily using the most up-to-date pipeline milking system that carries milk directly to the pasteurizer or boiler - according to the processing requirements - thereby avoiding the risk of contamination.

Our products are on sale at the farm shop that’s open daily from 15.30 to 19.30 except Wednesday and Sunday, but you can also purchase them from affiliated shops in the Aosta Valley. We look forward to seeing you!
